Show page break row separator

When a table continues across a column or page boundary, and the table break point occurs between two adjacent table rows, you can automatically insert a separator rule immediately before and after the table break (For example, when a break occurs between two columns, a separator rule will appear at the bottom of the first, and the top of the following column). If set, then a separator rule is generated. If not set, a rule will only be printed if explicitly requested in the markup. By default, this control will be set when you declare a table style for a tag mapping.

You can also use the <table-properties consep="VALUE" /> directive to override or assign the state of the page break row separator.
